Mode has worked on various developments from new build estates to luxury upmarket refurbs such as Queen's Gardens in Glasgow's west end.

Queen's Gardens combines blonde sandstone victorian townhouse facades with state of the art apartments. The brochure reflected this with a contemporary layout, heritage typography and finishing that included embossed texture, foil blocking and spot UV.

Mode designed the property investors' magazine Square Foot for its York based founders. The magazine placed a greater emphasis on creative presentation and production values than its rivals and incorporated a lifestyle and holiday section with its own design style. The perfect bound magazine came out every two months and ran to around 76 pages per issue. It grew rapidly to the point of being stocked at major outlets such as WH Smith.

Mode designed the brochure for MACC Business Park, the Machrihanish exMOD airbase that was bought by its local community. The research trip included a train to Scotland and a flight to the beautiful west coast and inspired a brochure that showcases the incredible opportunities from large scale fish farming to film and event locations. MACC also requested a cgi architectural design to assist its bid to be the UK's official spaceport. See the results here.
