The typography is modernist to reflect both the heritage and contemporary aspects of the content.
The Queen's Hall in Edinburgh needed publicity for a children's show that would make the most of existing illustrations. A monster friendly typeface was chosen and the colour palette was based on the illustrations to create a cohesive set of publicity.
York University's popular Centre for Lifelong Learning briefed Mode to redesign their 92 page listing of Learning Courses and Accredited Modules. The resulting colour coded design promotes these in a bold manner with a consistent format making the relevant details easily accessible.
